Karen did an amazing job at fixing my website. A few years ago I decided to pay someone to create my website for my cleaning business. It was never really up to par but as a new business owner and with little experience I put up with it since I figured I’d have to pay a lot of $$$$ for professional website and I was limited with my income. As years passed I began to grow and I wanted my site to reflect that level of professionalism.I had envisioned something more elegant and tasteful. I wasn’t just sure how to go about it and I was not calling the folks who did it the first time around… Until finally I met Karen. I had seen her work through a non profit we are both a part of. I decided to reach out to her and I only regret not doing this before. The level of work and attention to detail is amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my new website. She even helped me add my live booking widget from my existing CRM and with my logo design. Branding is very important and Karen definitely nailed it. I totally recommend Karen to anyone who is in need of having their business page designed and needs guidance. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to her structure. Despite years of coaching — primarily serving 80% White Caucasian American clients and 20% young Asian and Latin American clients — I felt unfulfilled. Deep down, I doubted whether I could truly serve my own community: fellow Asian Americans, my family, my people. That uncertainty became heavy. I stepped back from coaching, took on a 9–5 administrative role, and poured myself into community service through All About The Bay (AATB) and a small nonprofit supporting Asian self-expression and emotional health.

Four months ago, Karen began offering a brand coaching workshop through AATB. Her approach was unlike anything I’d experienced — grounded in purpose, storytelling, and identity. She guided us to explore our personal journeys and rediscover the “why” behind our work. For me, it was exactly the breakthrough I needed. Karen helped me see that my story, my culture, and my struggles weren’t barriers — they were my brand’s greatest strengths. Within just four months, I went from questioning my impact to stepping boldly into clarity, confidence, and purpose. I realized my true mission: to awaken voices in my community, break through cultural silence, and help others live a life of authenticity and emotional freedom.

Because of this renewed clarity, doors began to open. A month ago, I was invited to join a national Asian American movement — DOI250. At first, I thought I’d stay in the background, learning from accomplished leaders: lawyers, scientists, entrepreneurs, and advocates. But within weeks, I was asked to design and lead their upcoming National Leadership Retreat.

Just this past weekend, I stood in front of a room filled with humble, brilliant Asian American changemakers — not as a participant, but as a facilitator. Together, we forged alliances, built trust, and laid the foundation for a national outreach campaign that will ensure our community’s stories are honored during America250 in 2026.

None of this would have happened without Karen. Her coaching didn’t just sharpen my brand — it reignited my leadership. She helped me rediscover my voice, own my mission, and show up with power and clarity. Today, I feel reawakened in my path as a coach — ready to serve my community with renewed energy and purpose.
